Episode 71 — Spaced Retrieval Review: Governance, Program, and Lifecycle Quick-Mix Practice (Domain 2)

Spaced retrieval is a learning method where you practice pulling ideas out of your memory at planned intervals, instead of only re-reading or only listening passively. That pulling-out step is what makes your brain treat the knowledge as important and worth keeping, especially under pressure. We will use a quick-mix approach, meaning we will jump between governance, program thinking, and lifecycle thinking in a deliberate way that forces your understanding to connect. Along the way, you will hear simple prompts you can answer in your head while you listen, and the point is not to be perfect, but to notice what feels solid and what feels fuzzy.
